My massage techniques focus in the following areas: relieving muscle tension, injury recovery, relaxation, myofascial release, deep tissue, scar mobilization massage, joint mobilization, pre and post natal massage, hydrotherapy. and rehabilitative exercises.

Notice on Price Changes:

Please be advised that our massage therapy rates will be changing effective January 1, 2026. The new rates will be as follows: $75 for 30 minutes, $105 for 45 minutes, $125 for 60 minutes, $185 for 90 minutes.

Direct Billing Policy:

I do provide direct-billing to Pacific Blue Cross and Telus eClaims (which includes Canada Life, Manulife, and many others), Sun Life, Medavie Blue Cross, Alberta Bluce Cross, and more. Unfortunately I cannot provide direct billing for ICBC, WCB, and MSP. So you would need to pay with me, then submit the invoice I give you to the insurer yourself.
